Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is an essential part of working therapeutically with clients, whether they are adults or children. Clinical Supervision, as opposed to line management supervision, provides a regular space for the supervisee to reflect on the content and process of client work within a supportive working relationship.
The role of a Clinical Supervisor is to facilitate a collaborative exploration of issues that arise during the therapist's clinical work. These may be matters of therapeutic technique, therapeutic relationships, difficult problems, ethical dilemmas, or issues that impact personally upon the therapist as a result of the therapeutic process. The role of the supervisor is threefold: educative, supportive, and managerial.
Child in Mind are able to provide Clinical Supervision for individuals and groups. If you require further information please contact us we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.

Child in Mind believe in equal access for all and welcome enquiries from minority groups.
