PQ Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People
Utilising a Play Therapy Approach
There is growing concern for the mental health of children & young people in the UK. Unfortunately we are now in the situation where there are not enough counsellors to meet the growing demand for therapy. Waiting lists are high, and resources are low. Inevitably these children and young people are becoming increasingly more vulnerable whilst they wait for the much needed therapeutic support. There is a need for more counsellors who are additionally trained and equipped with the advanced skills to work with this population.
